Select Your Home & Secure Your Build
Your journey begins by meeting with your dedicated Sales Professional to choose your community, lot and floor plan. Whether you’re building from our Signature Essentials, Signature Select or Signature Elevate series, or maybe pursuing a Signature Custom Home, we’ll help you align your layout, design and budget from the start.
After you receive your lender pre-approval and purchase agreement execution, your new home is officially underway.
Personalize with Professional Design Guidance
During your Design Studio Appointment, you’ll work with a design specialist to select finishes, fixtures and materials that reflect your style while maintaining long-term quality.
At the same time, our in-house drafting team prepares detailed build drawings tailored to your lot and selections to ensure accuracy, efficiency and a smooth transition into construction.
Release to Build
Once finalized, your new home moves into the build phase. A typical build time is approximately 4-5 months from excavation, depending on the season and the scope of work. Construction progresses through the following stages:
- Foundation
- Framing and exterior
- Mechanical rough-ins
- Insulation and drywall
- Interior finishes
- Trim-out and final punch list
A dedicated Job Superintendent oversees daily progress to ensure quality and coordination at every stage.
Quality Control at Every Milestone
At Signature Homes, quality is built into our entire process. Our team completes structured quality control walkthroughs at foundation, framing, drywall, trim and final punch-out stages. Before closing, a Project Manager then conducts a comprehensive inspection to ensure that your new home meets all of our high standards.
These internal reviews work alongside the required city inspections to deliver a new home built with integrity and attention to detail.
